Education

***I am primarily doing pre-medical or any health profession career advising, this includes physician assistant, nursing school, etc. I also do editing for personal statements. I feel this sort of mentorship was most valuable when strategically going through the medical school application process and am hoping to share my experiences to benefit others! Medical degree obtained 2019*** Hello! Graduated in Psychobiology major at UCLA in 2010 with cum laude honors. GPA is 3.8+ in a rigorous, hard-science, pre-medical curriculum. I received the merit-based UCLA Alumni Scholarship Award and am a lifetime member of the Alumni Scholars Club. I have completed all of the lower division science courses, which include Biology, Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, as well as Physics, and would love to share my experiences in all of the above! I tutored these subjects as well as SAT for approximately 5 years. As for teaching experience, I was an American Heart Association CPR/First-Aid Instructor. As such, I've developed strong interpersonal skills. I work great with any personality and can assess and rectify failures in communication. I speak with clarity and positivity, which I feel is key in keeping students engaged with learning. Finally, I've also tutored for Elite Education Institute; there, I prepared students for the AP Biology and Chemistry exams. I went to Virginia Commonwealth university for medical school from 2015-2019. I am doing a residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center with specialization in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

I understand the difficulties that students go through, and I want to help overcome them!
